I normally love Panera. However this location has its problems. I'm putting this review in after several visits as the bathrooms never seem to be clean. The food always comes out as if it wasn't prepared with any presentation in mind. The staff at the registers are very friendly but the staff handing the food seem to be very disgruntled. Furthermore on top of flies all over the store that floor looks as though it had not been swept for several days.
The broccoli cheddar soup is great. I love the green tea and the agave lemonade. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I love Panera Bread.
I normally love Panera. Bit it is really irritating when all 3 of the people who take orders walk away from their registers at the same time leaving a line of people without help. I said something to a staff member who said "we are doing the best we can". She wasn't one who walked away but did take my order when I took a pic of the open registers.
After remodeling /relocation. Customer service is not what is use to be. They haven't perfected drive through , way too many mistakes are being made. Wait time is much longer than usual, for rapid pick-up, and drive through.
When we walked in there was a line back to the door and a single employee working. At some point a second began helping and a third was milling about. Right before it got to our turn everyone walked away from their registers. My friend actually mentioned to them that not a single employee was at a register to which she was admonished with "We are doing our best" It wasn't until she took a picture of the empty registers that they actually got back to ringing people up. I had upgraded one of my sides to a fruit cup but there were none by the registers. When I picked up my food from the back I asked for one and was met with a very rude "Go get one out of the ice at the front". I went back to the front carrying two trays of food to ask for one and when the lady finally brought it out from the back she stared at me and walked away, I literally had to chase her down to get it. I chatted in to live support to relay the message, I may as well sent an email because all I got back was an automated message that it would be passed on to the district manager. I guess when you get as big as Panera has gotten who cares about customer service, people will still come. Not this person though.
