Guys and Dolls really out do themselves to help their customers reach their needs, its a place full of positive and lovely people!
I called the salon this morning around 10am to see if my stylist was there today, and it turns out she no longer works there..so the receptionist told me Adrienne could see me at 1p today. Okay, sweet. I show up at 12:57 and the receptionist tells me to sit in the waiting room and that I've been checked in.. at 1:18 she walks up to me and tells me "Adrienne is having some trouble and won't be here until around 2p." .....uh I don't just have a ton of free time to sit and wait for her. And if she wasn't there yet don't you think you could have told me that once I got there? Won't be going back.
Love, Love, Love this place. I have never been happier with a hair salon. They are always consistent and detail oriented. Everyone is very warm and friendly too!
I originally purchsed a Groupon voucher for another place the 2nd week of Aug when called she was booked until the end of September she said I believe it's because there discounted so they take full price appt first. However I canceled this and got my money back from Groupon and purchased the 90min from here Laura was my masseuse and it was great well worth the extra money and got appt within a week that worked for me. Will go back again for sure.
First time there and I had Cate Saxton for a men's haircut, and she was extremely professional, kind, and kept a nice conversation going through the entire haircut. She even kept me updated to what she was doing to my hair, which you don't get very often from other stylists. If I stay in the area, I'll definitely try to get her again!
