Lately the service has gone terribly down. With no care from the customer service department. I am still waiting on a bus that is 20mins late and CS just said sorry. This is my transportation yo get to and from work and pick my child up. I am very disappointed..
I absolutely LOVE riding the bus here in the Lansing area! I have a car but hate paying for parking at my job. The pickup times are convenient. The drivers are polite and the buses are clean. I've never had any problems with safety. Most people speak when you make eye contact and say, "Thank you." when they get off. Coming from the Detroit area this system is a dream come through. It is even better than the system I experienced when I lived on the east coast. Keep up the great service to the community. We appreciate you!!
