Not once did any of the staff if we needed anything, even though we were hovering near several of the employees. Even the cashier didn't ask if we had found everything. Very poor customer service.
If I could choose 0 stars I would. Took my daughter there to pick up some clothes late one evening but sales staff would not let her into the change room because they were closing in 20 minutes " and they needed time to put all the clothes away". Needless to say she didn't save herself any work because I just dropped my pile of clothes and left. I guess they think shoppers people are fine with not trying clothes on. Oh wait - isn't that online shopping? That I can do from the comfort of my own home? Hmm.
Me and a friend went to the store today, we roamed around for a good 15 minutes to a half hour. I found a cute purse that I liked. However, I was looking for skater dresses and I didn't see any really.
Best please in town for cheap, stylish clothes. Get your creative hat on, and create an awesome look on a budget. Love this place!
The employees have attitude issues... not professional at all. Adults need to work there not pre teens.

I would rate this store a 0 if I could. I walked over to the dressing room 25 minutes before they closed and an employee looked at me and then kept walking away and pretended not to see me. Another employee almost did the same and I turned to my boyfriend and said I'm just going to leave this here then and she finally let me in and I went to check out and the guy didn't speak to me at all. They had the door locked and music off and were closing up 25 minutes before the store even closed. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. This store is also a mess every time I go in there. I won't be going back.
