Completely incompetent!! Judge Lawless made a ruling on my case 10 years ago, with NEVER speaking to me, hearing my side of the story. Just her abusive father's words. They actually told me it would be best if I try not to see her!! I haven't seen my daughter in 7 years!! But heaven help me if I don't make a child support payment. Mr. Winnie, told me I deserved to have a hysterectomy. I make sure my kid's are taken care of, ALWAYS!! That man is mean and does NOT deserve to have this job. Oh and never mind the fact my ex is still on food stamps. He's got no other mouth to feed but our daughter who is almost 15. My son is 9 and I am OFF food stamps. Corruption at it best I guess!!
I felt the system was fair. The conciliator was neutral and polite. No issues. We split everything 50/50.
Referee's do not listen to the facts they listen to "hearsay'. The Judge I went to after treated me like her probate clients. She was rude, and unprofessional
Like all FOC's they do not follow State or Federal Laws, The U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights. In talking to the Attorney General's office. they broke 4 Michigan laws but Do whatever they want because The Attorney General can't enforce laws against them. They gave my children back to the mother who has 16 convictions of abusing them, and let her illegally take them out of The State without permission from the other parent. Completely breaking 4 Michigan laws. They do nothing for Children and take children from half their family all just for a profit. Burn in hell !
