I have had great experiences. I was constantly informed, received quick service AND my hygienist called my insurance for me to make sure that we were using procedures that were covered and if not looked for alternatives.
I had a great experience and have no reason to use poor language like the angry person below.
I have only been once, but I have not had the issue that the other person did! My experience was really great! They're taking it slow and both of her parents (myself and my husband) went back with my daughter. She only cried because it was new and a little scary to her, not because they were mean. They didn't poke her mouth or anything, just looked as much as she would let them (which wasn't a lot). I like them and I don't tend to like Dr.s of any sort. The only thing I would change is something I can't because it is a state funded facility. That is the wait. BUT they are prepared and have some wonderful toys for the children to play with.
