They have terrible customer service. I bought a brand new laptop and I paid extra to get a nice one to avoid have issues with it and a few months in the hard drove crashes and I lose all my pictures of my kids. They ship it out for repair and it’s gone for a couple weeks then I got the call to pick it up and I go in and they say oh the geek squad still needs to look it over. Well when I did take it home none of the virus protection or Microsoft products I bought and he’d then when I first bought the laptop was not put back on again. I then had to do it all myself and a few months later the hard drove crashes again. They then send it back out and I’m inconviemexe again without a laptop. When It comes back they again did not put anything back on it and it still makes a weird tinkering noise. I take the laptop home and see the screen is starting to come off on one side. I take it back in and he said oh if you want that fixed we have to ship it back out again and they then kept it for a few nights to retest the hard drive. I get the call again that it’s ready and so I have my dad go get it and when he gets there they say oh nothing has been updated on the laptop yet she can either try and do it herself or you can leave it overnight. I then had to go another night without it and waste another trip driving there and doing all this back and forth with two little girls is not easy. Now my lap top still needs the screen fixed and the noise still continues but I’m so sick of going in to Best Buy. This is what you get for buying brand new from them, I would have been better off getting a used one or buying somewhere else that cares about customers and compensates them for such an inconvience. I suggest anyone thinking about buying a laptop there not to.
The appliance person David was unprofessional, he didnt know the appliances and products. He was rude. He should not work there and needs to go back to Best Buys product training. If it was not for Horatio & Mike helping me, to correct the mess that David caused then I would give then 1 star. Corporate should have continued education for employees. And I will be making a call to corporate in the morning about all employee interaction.
Went to return something and they said it was past my return time frame of 15 days. Asked if I could get in store credit and they said maybe if you are rewards customer. Told them I was one so he looked it up and said well your still late. He said he would ask manager if I could get credit. Manager said fine if they still sold that item. So they looked it up and yes they sold the item still he changed his.mind and said oh well your still late. Refused to let me return it. Never will go there again. Was still in package and had receipt.
Every time I shop this Best buy location, I get great customer service. The associates are always friendly and helpful.. And I never have trouble finding someone to answer my questions, or help me find exactly what I am looking for.
I will never buy anything from best buy again. Everything that I have ever bought there is junk and they just want you to pay them a bunch of money to fix it ever when it is still under warranty. I bought their Sirius radio antenna and it gives nothing but static. I bought a laptop and not even the cheap one. I have had it in to them twice in two months and it still doesn't work. The first time that I took it in was in the first week. The second time they told me it was a hardware issue. After they had it for two days they said it's not hardware it's software and they want $150 to fix it.
