I was looking for fruitcake mix in produce to no avail. I then went to baking aisle & where an associate asked if he could help. This young man went back over to produce, looked & asked about my products and returned to take me to the proper aisle. Later, as I was approaching checkout, he recognized me & wished me a pleasant day. THIS is why I shop at my local Kroger.
I love Krogers..clean..friendly staff...great prices carrying many of my hard to find in stock items...rarely out of stock on those..
I patronize several large grocery stores in this area of lancing near my home. Kroger is one of my favorites. This store has a great deli, and the shopping experience is one which is easy and generally quick. There are usually quite a variety of items to select from, including produce. Perhaps the best attribute of Krogers. And what distinguishes it in my view from other grocery shopping options in my area is the friendly come helpful staff that you encounter at both the customer service?, check out, deli, and meat sections. I also get my medications and prescriptions field in a very satisfactory manner at the pharmacy in Delta Township Krogers store here which is conveniently near my home. Purchase points used to reduce the price of gasoline quickly mount up and add value to the shopping experience. Sometimes this very busy location results in a pretty full parking lot. The work force here at this Rogers location is also very diverse, and it's pretty obvious that Kroger's values its employees as which I also find to be a positive, too to add to the shopping experience.
I have always loved shopping at this Kroger. Today however I went there to purchase some flowers and several other things. I was told at the flower department that I couldn't purchase all of the Baby's Breath that I had in my cart because it was all that they had and wouldn't leave any for other customers or for them in case they needed to make an arraignment. I could buy part of them or order some for the next day. Didn't make sense to me, if you are concerned about not having it for your own arraignments then don't put it out! And if it is gone for that day it is gone, we have all gone to a store to get something just to find out they are out of it. It just happens, so today I didn't by anything from them. Not good customer service!
This was the cleanest & best variety Kroger I have ever been in. Will definitely shop here again.
