I just ended up hanging up after 10 minutes of being placed on hold. I had never used them before and it looked like they had ok ratings but wow! Guess I can find someone else...
Out in East lansing and one of their drivers nearly hit me whil speeding and when I said slow down, he replied F*** off. Just awful.
So far so good. I have a special car key that needs duping. They advised me to order a blank and have them laser it. They said it would save me money. I love that kind of customer care. I’m waiting for my blank key to arrive and will bring it to them.
Went in to find out how much they charge with a key with one of the electronic chips inside the plastic couldn't believe they wanted $95. Hacks is well-known but that was much more than American Eagle which was only 60. It pays to shop around
Never have I had such blank service. It's almost like if you aren't a regular then you don't feel welcome. I went to The keyless shop in Frandor. Extremely welcoming and as nice as it gets.
