This is my favourite movie theater in the Lansing area! It has just the right level of bells and whistles while keeping a classic theater feel. I am not big on reclining seats and all that; the seats at Regal are comfortable but not overboard. Rows are roomy with some (thought not an abundance) of disability seating. Seat arms can be moved up, which is great. Snacks are snacks (they have all my favourites), the popcorn is good, and they have wine if you're into that kind of thing. The people who work there are surprisingly good-natured for having jobs that force them into close proximity with the public-- they have always been helpful and nice, in my experience. Bathrooms are generally clean, only exception was the opening night of a huge action flick, during which the whole place seemed packed. Even then, the bathrooms weren't disgusting as they often are at other places, just not as pristine as usual. Finally, the price is right-- I'm not willing to pay more for a reclining seat I don't want or high-end cuisine I don't need, so Regal is a happy medium for me. :D
I have always enjoyed this theater. Only a couple times have people been using the phone during the movie. The management did handle it tactfully and it stopped.
Seats are nice and comfortable. Sound is great. Easy entry from the side of the mall so you can avoid traffic. I have not partaken, but they do serve alcohol at this location. One of my favorites when movies come out. You can also buy tickets early on Fandango for this location.
Great customer service, the rewards club is great, the employees are all friendly. I never have an issue and I usually come about once a week. I usually come during the matinee showings, so that may be why I never seem to have any problems. Keep up the great work Regal Team!
Great movie theater experience, but I don't like how you have to pay for different kinds of popcorn seasoning like other places just have all those for free for you. I like the location too. You get out of the movie and the malls right there and a bunch of different restaraunts.
