Had a 10:00 am appointment with Dr. McDermott for my shoulder and he wasn’t even at his own practice. Currently have been sitting here 35 mins and could be more. Completely unprofessional, everything is done on their own time. Why set appointments if every appointment you take is 10-15 mins behind then the Dr. never comes. I will never come here again.
My wife & I had hand OT therapy. Mary, Chelsea & Robin were effecient, professional and very patient oriented. Would go to them anytime.
