I've had several projects done by Exteriors Of Lansing. I can always depend on them to do quality work at a reasonable price. Recently I had 2 doors installed and windows wrapped in vinyl. My only complaint was that clean up could have been better but it was snowing very hard that day so I'm sure that had something to do with it. Great work done and I'm completely satisfied, as usual.
I had a great experience with exteriors of Lansing. I had a few quotes from other company's and for the same windows in my house they were $500 less expensive than the other guys. One salesman from another company told me go for it he can't beat that price on the same style windows. So I had some extra cash due to the $500 savings I also had all my window trim wrapped in aluminum. Great quality windows and the installers did an awesome job. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Quick service but they sometimes cut the corners to get the job done quickly. Not impressed with the quality of work, I have seen.
Had them replace roof as they initially offered me lowest price from everyone else I called and was referred to them by family. Hunter came out and gave me estimate for work and was told that Kevin (project manager) would be in charge and could contact him if had any problems. This was far from true. Roofers did job quickly but had broken off a PVC vent from my furnace (they replaced it at no cost). They also left a portion unfinished on my roof and it rained and didn't put saddle on my chimney as was in the work order. I tried calling Kevin several times, never picked up. He did leave me a voicemail but was short and never returned my calls. I had to call Hunter to remedy situation/issues. Although concerns were addressed, I shouldn't have to call to fix their mistakes and have phone calls returned. On top of all of that I had to call the dumpster co to have removed from my driveway. Not impressed with efficiency and professionalism of this company.
We absolutely love our new siding, eaves, and downspouts. K.C. had some great suggestions during the planning process, Kevin was wonderful to work with, and the onsite crew was fabulous! We had a somewhat unrealistic deadline given the weather conditions and the crew even worked on Saturday and Sunday to try to help us meet our deadline. Exteriors of Lansing is the best!!!
