I have had plenty of facials before but nothing like Amanda's. It felt amazing and has been a huge help in clearing my skin. If you prefer getting a massage, Kelsey is my favorite! The pressure is perfect and she knows exactly what she's doing! I highly recommend this place!
Not very pleased with massage. Environment was absolutely gorgeous but the massuse didn't do a very good job with the deep tissue. Plus she was sucking this hard candy the entire time that took away from the experience. Not sure on the name but she was an evening therapist. Plus started 10 minutes late for hour massage.
I see that many others are posting negative reviews, but in several visits to Massage Green in Frandor, I've had nothing but great experiences. I've gone for a single massage, facial, sauna and a couples massage in separate appointments. Each time, they have addressed any concerns I have (such as what type of pressure and where), offered positive suggestions and alterations to the appointment(s), and have left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My fiancé, who had his second-ever massage there, agrees. I mark this place as a four-star only because parking and traffic getting in and out of Frandor can sometimes be difficult--while this is not a problem of the spa itself, it can be a hassle! That said, for those in the Lansing area, I've found this place to be a little gem of relaxation.
My husband I got the couples massage and sauna. It was horrible experience. We get massages regularly in East Lansing so it's not our first time. We were basically oiled up, rubbed down and they wiped our feet with a warm towel and our massage was done. Yes, the massage was over. It was a waste of money. They didn't focus on anything we wrote down in the initial paperwork they make you fill out. I asked for more pressure she just continued to rub more oil. It was pretty mediocre. The facility is nice & clean.
I keep coming back to this location because of the extremely kind and accommodating front desk ladies. Katie is great for massages and Amanda is the best for facials. You will never feel awkward or nervous here. They listen to your needs and its a very calming place.
