My last rental experience was mediocre. It was an impromptu rental due to an accident. I called all the locations. Central Lansing was the only location that had the type of vehicle I needed; They put it to the side for me because I was on my way there. I emphasized that I was in a hurry because I was late to see a client. They said they would have everything ready for me. When I arrived, they couldn't locate my reservation or the car keys. The car was in the garage and needed to be cleaned. I said I did not need the car cleaned because I had to go. Since it was already in the garage, they said they would just vacuum it out quickly. It came out 10 minutes later completely washed and wiped down. The car was on empty. They were really apologetic and offered to go put gas in it. No, I have to go. A rental experience could have taken five minutes (past experiences) took over 20.

Great rental, service was amazing. In and out to pick the vehicle up and same to drop off. Staff is amazing also. Very friendly and welcoming. We will be renting cars from this place every time and not that place down the street, 2 thumbs up. 5 stars. Thank you all.

Great experience! Rented through Ryan Hagan at Lansing Enterprise a few weeks ago and he was more than willing to accommodate our needs. Vehicle was clean and in great shape, and Ryan provided phenomenal customer service both before, during, and after our rental period.

This wasn't my only frustrating experience with this location. Due to the size of the lot, there is no customer parking available. They have an agreement with a youth center down the road for parking. When I returned a previous rental, it was pouring rain. I asked for a ride to the other parking lot. I was told no because since the lot is so close they don't drive people there. That was the last time I used this location until I had no other option.
The good part is that Enterprise got me set up and ready to go. But it gets better... a storm blew through and knocked out the power, but due to Enterprise being cutting edge with technology, they were able to fulfill my reservation using their iPads. They also gave me a nice discount when I picked up because they didn't have the exact car I reserved, and then because there was no power they were unable to really clean the vehicle for me before I picked it up - BUT - they gave me an additional discount when I dropped it off, because it was slightly dirty. All in all, it was a very affordable rate - well under $400.00 for 10 days.
In short: you guys rock!
Phenomenal Service. I have rented a few cars in my days and have always had a normal experience. This location of enterprise was the best one ever. Super nice and caring. Ryan Hagan helped me out and is a fantastic person. He made sure I had everything I needed and was overall great. Highly recommend this enterprise.
The experience was great! I reserved (with full payment) a vehicle from another "super affordable" outfit, but when I went to pick up my car they wouldn't let me take it because I got rid of all my credit cards. You’d think that if they took payment from my debit card I should be good to go, right!? Wrong!!! Threw me for a loop, and put me two days behind....
I rent a car for business almost every week from Enterprise. I have rented from every location in Lansing and the location on Michigan Ave. is my least favorite to work with.
