Terrible service. Had a simple belt and pulley replaced not a week and a half later pulley broke and belt snapped. Had to have it towed. Called them and there response was do whatever you want when i told them i would need them to fix it and they hung up on me.
We had an engine replaced in our Ford Windstar and when we got it back the air conditioner didn't work. They claimed to not be able to find the problem. Also, a hose was improperly put too close to the engine and melted, thus destroying the engine a short time later. We then had an engine replaced in an Aveo and low and behold, when we got the car back, the air conditioning didn't work. Again they said it was coincidence that the air condtioners stopped working when they worked on the engine. The car also came back leaking radiator fluid. We took it in, they couldn't find anything wrong. My daughter-in-law found the leaky cracked hose in about five minutes. I don't recommend going to this place if you value your air conditioning or really anything about your car.
Just the worst service ever. Go at your own risk.
DO NOT GO HERE! Went to another mechanic only to find the issue was a faulty part put in by auto tech. Go to Randall's on MLK for good service.
They "fixed" my ujoints. The next day, it broke because they installed it wrong, on the highway at 73 mph. Both our insurance companies say it was faulty install. But they are forcing us to sue them. DO NOT GO HERE if you are looking for a reliable mechanic..
