Just had my husband call to inquire about hours of operation and availability for detailing appointments for the used card I just purchased a few weeks ago--it smells like dog, needs an oil change and an air filter replacement, and could do for a good interior detailing. We found access to a coupon that included an ultimate detail package (which the owner clarified as being either for interior or exterior, not both). When on the phone, the owner stated that it would take from 9am until 3pm, despite the coupon reading "two hour express," and when we asked about what the coupon said, he retorted with "what, you think it takes fifteen minutes to get this done?" and then rudely asked "how old are you, anyway?" "What kind of car do you even have? Do you even wash your car by hand or take it to those quick car wash stations?"
Glad we waited to purchase the groupon until talking on the phone with this guy.
Listen to the reviews. Avoid it like the plague. I left my car there for the $125 clean, clay bar and interior detail. He called and said he can't do the interior for that price because there is dog hair, but he will still do the exterior for the same price??? When I questioned why is isn't a discount without the interior he said forget it and come get the car.
Read the prior reviews that were posted. The groupon coupon was very clear in stating that it was for an interior or exterior cleaning, not both! Very pleased with interior cleaning done on my vehicle. The seats were extremely dirty and spotted with stains. Seats were cleaned and look like new.
I thought this would be a nice way to save a few bucks instead of constantly taking my automobile to the certified dealer's service station, but they've only ever treated us with kindness and patience, and never asked judgmental questions just for the sake of trying to.. I dunno, prove masculinity or skill?
This place was a nightmare.Told me that he would be there a nine AM didn't show up till Ten. Waited till noon before the steet person that he used to suposedly detail my car.After working on it for 2 hours it looked like it was hardly worked on at all.asked for the payment up front, then expected me to bring him lunch from the restaurant I went to while waiting for his worker to wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
Purchased a five window tint from groupon for 125. He said he could not do it for that price and would cost 100 more. checked local competition and they are doing it for 200 without Groupon.
