I like the monthly payment deal which is seems to be a good deal if you wash your car frequently during the month.
I am very disappointed in my experience here today. I have been here before to use the free vacuums, and they've worked wonderfully, but today, I had to go through 5 different vacuums, only to see that they were maintaining very little suction, if any at all. Not impressed.
Great customer service and friendly service. I’m giving this 3 starts because NONE of the vacuums work, it’s very frustrating because part of a car wash is vacuum cleaning. The vacuums haven’t worked for at least 4 months!!! Other than that everything else is good.
I've been going here since they first opened. They are probably the fastest in this area and do a very good job for the price. Car comes out clean with shiny tires. Their free vacuums are nice but often times there will be few not working and they won't have a "out of order sign" so you have to try different ones. I have had their $24.99 subscription plan since the option has been available. Lately I've only been getting the basic wash so I'll be canceling that as I don't want to pay for something I'm not getting.
I’ve been subscribed for like five months only because of convenience and I’ve never had a satisfactory car wash. The machine does not rinse off the soap by the time you get to the dryer your windshield is still covered in soap and they simply blow it off. Worst car wash experience I’ve ever been a part of consistently. None of the vacuums work. Very nice staff, but the car wash it self sucks .
