I was admitted Sparrow hospital recently with liver failure, and I ended up visiting with Dr. Zhao for a few minutes. She diagnosed me in about five seconds, something that no other doctor was able to do for several decades. She’s the greatest human being alive. If you don’t like her personality, so what, find someone else. I had absolutely no problem with her, and have no problem recommending her without reservation.
She is the most insensitive and rude doctor I've been to. She was invalidating, impatient, and unkind. I would never recommend her.
I did not find Dr. Zhao to be rude or unpleasant, as another reviewer described, but I was put off by her looking at my file (transferred from previous psychiatrist, who retired) for the first time after I sat down with her. I ended up going elsewhere because I needed a more creative problem-solver.
