My knocking of one stars is because I have never gotten through on the phone when calling and have had to leave a voicemail every time. This is quite ridiculous when trying to get information from this place. They also don't have a queue or holding position, it rings 3 times and goes directly to voicemail. Also if you try to email them from their contact page, it errors out and doesn't appear to send.
Otherwise I've had a good experience when I arrive at the office. I have never had to wait very long in the waiting room. The doctors here have also spent quite a bit of time in the room once they arrive.
