ARCH physical therapy is the only place I would go in the Lansing area. The staff go out of their way to treat you like royalty, and the care is exceptional!
Chris and Micky and their team work hard to get you back to normal. In my case they designed a therapy sequence that addressed my strength, gait and balance issues and I'm improving. My illness affects my whole nervous system so I'm compromised in a different way than many of their patients but they haven't given up on me and I appreciate their compassion and determination to help me. I see how professional they are with all their patients, from young children to even some older than myself, and they work well with everyone.
I have been physically active all my life, at times on the obsessive side. I recently retired and immediately began power-walking 4 miles a day, which ended abruptly with an injury to the right foot. My family practitioner sent me to a podiatrist who saw me over a 6-month period. He eventually confirmed that my issue was mechanical and referred me to Arch Physical Therapy. I was so disheartened by that point I was not sure if I would ever walk normally. My experience at Arch PT turned everything around in an almost immediate fashion. I felt that I was being truly and actively listened to by people who really knew their business. By my second visit, there was noticeable improvement in my walking gauze, something that had not happened since the onset off my injury. I feel hopeful again and am in anticipation of my next scheduled PT. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone experiencing musculo-skeletal injuries.
Arch Physical Therapy is hands down the best PT clinic in the area, and the best clinic I have ever been to. The therapists make the environment comfortable and supportive of improving the health of patients. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family in need of physical therapy. They truly work wonders at Arch.

Went in with a shoulder injury, came out feeling like I was 19 again. Best place for physical therapy in Lansing. All the physical therapist are extremely nice and friendly. I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint. I continue to recommend Arch Physical Therapy to my family and friends.
