I brought my son into ER here due to the main hospital being overflowing with ER Patients. We were greeted with smiles and helpful people from the get go; the people there made us feel special from the front desk to the intake to the night nurses (Danny) to the informative and caring doctor.
My eight year old daughter was dragged by a horse this past Saturday and I brought her in to get checked out. The staff was absolutely amazing! They took the time to listen to my daughter's and my concerns and made it as painless as possible to check my daughter's injuries out. They took the time to explain everything to my daughter and calmed her fears. I cannot express enough thanks to the staff for the care they provided!
Worst wait ever! When youre in pain and know something is seriously wrong and waiting in an uncomfortable chair in pain for 3 hours yet people who came in long after you are being treated before you! Something is seriously wrong here!
I have told my Family Doctor to put on my record, that I seriously do not want to go the Saint Lawrence Hospital for any reason. Yes, I know that they are close to my home. I hve already gone there many times for Different reasons. I can't say anything good about the experience.The environment, the employees, the cafeteria,etc :-( All I know for sure is I don't want to DIE THERE. I DON'T CARE IF I DIE IN THE no in route to another Hospital. That suits me just fine. I have paid my dues at Saint Lawrence... I 'm finished. I wish that they would demolish the whole thing AND stat Fresh. I wish that Sparrow would wake up and see this. REALTY ! I'm sorry... No Recommendations
Great psych ward...good food. Pre order your meals from the menu.
We had the individual attention that we needed with our crisis situation. They listened and took care of us as quickly as they could. It is not the newest, largest building and the bright shiny facade was not there but the caring people made all the difference and this will be my location of choice (god forbid) with the next occurence. Thank you!
