Very good alcohol / liquor selection. The owner is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Very clean inside and all the staff is very helpful. I drive out of my way to support this store when I need a drink.

Great selection, however they need to change their hours. Every time I try going at night (around 10 and 1030) they're closed. Not sure why they continue to close early but they should change their hours if they're going to do so. It's like playing cat and mouse.

This is *the* liquor store for grownups in Lansing. I don't know much about the beer and wine, but the spirits selection is awesome, stacked in those huge shelves they need a cartoon ladder to climb, and—this is key—state minimum prices. In a state where I can justify a trip to Toledo for the sole purpose of buying my whiskey, I simply cannot afford to pay the upwards of 10% markup they apply at my former liquor store on the other side of town. I'll miss my old liquor store (I spent a lot of time in there over the years), but I'm very excited for this new beginning. Real friendly people, sunny shop. You can bike most of the way there from downtown on the newly paved Michigan Ave.
