We had a terrible experience with James Pyle. I won't provide too much information at this time because we filed a formal complaint against him through Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) and the complaint is pending. If you call LARA or look at their website you can see he already has at least one sanction imposed against one of his real estate licenses. If you do work with him, discuss everything important in writing (email, text, etc.) so that if an issue arises you have proof of what was said. Also, please note that at least one of the five star ratings provided here was done by a real estate agent who works at the company.

I called Terry Shellhorn and wanted him to list a property for me. After wasting mine and my tenants time with showing him the property he would not call me back when he told me he would. We agreed 2 times for him to call to set up a time to sign listing papers and he could not call me either time. I can only recommend not doing business with this company based on this. I called Jeremy Rush at remax and recived a imediant response and had my property listed within 7 days with the delay being on my side. While with Terry Shellhorn it was over a month of trying to get it listed. I would give zero stars if possible but Google limits it to one.
