For the 3rd time in a row, they have messed up my order, and the last time I ordered chicken tenders, it was about 85% breading with very little chicken. For the prices they charge they should be able to afford higher quality food and services.
Arrived at 8:45PM. Was told we could order but had to take our food with us because dinning room closes at 9PM. This is no way to run a restaurant. You serve folks inside and lock the door at 9PN. So we left. We are long time regular customers and very disappointed in this service. The counter staff said the manager told her this.
I usually have a great experience at this location . The cashier and manager refused to serve me food tonight .the store was closed 15 mins early because supposedly it was slow.
Used to love A&W and kinda still do! The experience was alil off putting with ordering (maybe it's the stack of trays, I'm 100%). Prices seemed to be high. Paid $11 for two kids meals and $8 for the other. But they added an extra root beer float so I guess it makes up for it! Store was clean, staff was decent, food was good!
I can easily say I will never go back nor do I ever want to, the worst service I've had at a fast food place, this trash named ANGEL thought it would be respectful to shut the drive-thru window on my mother while she was still talking to her & she had the nerve to roll her eyes! When it was her fault in the first place, if she can't give me my burger without being rude to my mom then I definitely don't think she can handle the role of a MANAGER! She's got a major attitude problem
