It has a lot of space, extra gated storage space, nicer looking mobile homes.
Update : After nearly a YEAR, the pad was finally built after a lawyer was mentioned, she'd has not been put up, but still sits in the box on top of pad.
Many of my family members live here or use to live here it's a great place with a pool and a playground but the maintenance man are kind of rude while having my little sister's birthday party they were mowing the grass and blew grass all into the party. They are close to town and if you like to fish or hunt they are not far from the country side of life
Use to be a nice place to live. Was promised that the maintenance guys would build me a shed pad to move my shed to our new trailer since we moved and had just purchased the shed, that was 2 months ago and still nothing. Now things we had left in shed (nowhere to store at new place) are gone. Someone stole everything. Let management know and not only was I interrupted mid sentence, but I was blown off. When I asked again when shed pad could be built, they said it would only take an hour and wouldn't be a problem.... that was a couple weeks ago. Still nothing.
It's a very pleasant place to live. I have lived here for a total of 5 years and I love it.
I have lived here for six years. The new management is much nicer. Last ones let maintenance lackys wreck the siding on my home, mow over my dog tie outs and harrased me when I walked said dogs....it was hell. New ones have done nothing about my neighbors dog (giant mastiff) that barks and snarls at me from their dilapidated trailer. They have no screens and busted out windows replaced with cardboard. Im telling you, this place is declining. But it does look nice up by the office (haha) and it is quiet. Has full gym, pool and modern laundry facilities. Rent is on the high end but it is far enough from Lansing that I oblige.
