Many abandoned unoccupied trailers, management has little or no interest in upkeep other than charging lot rent
They don't do anything to fix this place up. Half the street lights work. No manager in the park other when they want to be there.

Roach infested trailer park that has a maintenance man that does a horrible job on everything
They don't do anything to make rhe place a better place to live. They have bed bugs and coach roaches
