I had three awesome girls help me today around noon, I went in not knowing what to get for a trip that I'm going on. They helped me fine a great outfit and made me feel confident in what I was in!! I had a great experience! Thank you ladys

I buy all my clothes from Charlotte and have never had an issue. A couple days ago I bought a pair of shorts and didn't realize until today at work that they never took off the security tag. I already threw away the receipt and went during my lunch to ask them to remove it, not o mention I live in the other side of town.The girls were extremely rude and said next time I better have a receipt, never apologized never smiled never said anything. Will not be shopping here again.
