Great staff, clean and organized store. My only complaint is that the selection is fairly limited. For example, I was looking for green shoes but was only wait to find one pair of grey Nikes with neon green nike symbols. Of note this store is close to the MSU campus so it is understandable that green shoes would be out of stock. Can be difficult to find size 9 shoes as well.
Good selection today, and sales persons are always nice. Looks like they reorganized a little since my last visit, and it's easier to get around because the aisles aren't so long.
Good quality shoes at a affordable price. I always use my incentives so price is cheaper. Oh and clearance items are awesome! #I'mAShoeShopper #LoveMyHeels
I will agree that the store has a wide selection and is neat/clean. But I'm highly disappointed with the customer service. I absolutely hate shoe shopping, so it does take me awhile to make up my mind. However, I felt so uncomfortable while shopping at the Eastwood DSW. I was asked how I was doing so frequently that I knew something was up. I was just trying to pick out a pair of business shoes and a pair of casual tennis shoes. The combination of me being sick and hating shoe shopping maybe made me look like a bad customer? I work in retail, so I know the things employees do to prevent or catch shoplifters, and I really felt like I was being singled out as one. I was reassured this at checkout. When I went to stand in line, the lady behind the register spoke into her radio "Lady with the bag is in checkout line." Another employee came up to specifically ring me up. Let me note that the bag was a DSW shopping bag....isn't it there for me to use while shopping. I've never in my life felt so uncomfortable while shopping. I will not be returning to this DSW.
The isles are always a mess and the checkout line always seems to take 15 minutes or longer. Never worth it. Get a better return/checkout system.
