I stopped by LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Lansing today truck shopping. I was greeted by Blake Wilson in the lot as I was looking at used truck. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and that I was trading in another vehicle that I had purchased from them a little over a year ago. He showed me a couple used trucks I was interested in and then told me about some of the rebates they were offering on their 2017 model year trucks. That caught me interest and he showed me their extensive inventory. There was a lot to choose from but with his help I was able to narrow it down to two. After test driving both of them he had my vehicle appraised and started running some numbers. He went to his Manager 5 times at my request to get me to the monthly payment I wanted. We sealed the deal and Blake and Greg Szymanski stayed after the store had closed until all the paperwork was completed. Blake then stayed with me until I was able to transfer all the personal items from my old vehicle into the new one. I would suggest that when you are out vehicle shopping stop by LaFontaine and ask for Blake Wilson. He will put you in the vehicle you want and work for you to get you the price you are happy with.
What a wonderful family owned business. Andrea Szymanski was truly the best and helped us through the whole process of buying a car from another state. This dealership took good care of my son. I recommend this dealership highly!
Andrea helped my Grandparents into getting into a New Jeep Cherokee. She made sure it had what they needed and spent a lot of time explaining all the technology that came with new cars. They kept saying how nice she was and that she didn't push them to buy something they didn't need.
