If I could give this place negative stars I would. To refer to it as a "B" lot would be giving them so much more credit than they deserve. Owner was aware we were traveling 10 hours to look at a specific vehicle. He swore it was a "garage kept" vehicle with no rust or mechanical issues.We weren't expecting perfection because we were buying a used vehicle, but we did expect to see what he described. Underside of vehicle was covered with rust, inside was disgusting and smelled like an ash tray, and the engine light came on as soon as we took it for test drive. After the test drive the salesman came out waving around purchase agreement claiming he would warranty the truck. My husband respectfully told him he wouldn't be purchasing the truck then the salesman got nasty. His demeanor changed completely and he claimed it was "no big deal "to him because he'd "have that truck sold before the weekend"

zero stars. Mark (the sales rep) lied to me saying that the truck was mechanically sound and needed only one glow plug. I had the truck inspected by Randall Auto (an independent auto shop) and they came back with a long list of items that were wrong with the truck. In addition, they said that the truck wouldn't even start to get it to the garage cause it needed new batteries (diesel truck requiring two batteries). It had fault codes on all glow plugs. Rotors needed replaced, power steering leaking, transmission leaking, leaks in pinion seal and transfer case, hydro boost leaking, front door wasn't operating properly, nail in rear tire, etc. I called Mark at Robert Lee to let him know about the inspection that I had to pay for and that he wasn't honest about what the truck needed. He got upset and started yelling and swearing at me that he doesn't give a $#%* about what I think. He repeatedly swore and wouldn't let me talk. This is not a person or a company that I would ever want to deal with.
I've heard that Mark is planning to open his own company selling cars somewhere in Michigan because he doesn't get along with the current owner (go figure). Anyways, you might want to check back with Robert Lee to find out where Mark has his business in the future and make sure not to buy from him.
Scam artist!!! I would NEVER go back nor will I encourage anyone to go there. Horrible experience and would love to see them SHUT DOWN!!!
They left most of the trucks unlocked over the weekend, Wife found all the sales receipts and title paperwork in one,of the trucks, I found tools under the hood of a differt truck. We put everything inside the the truck we found the stuff at and locked the trucks up. As we were leaveing I was grabbing my phone to call the number on the sign some guy came out packing a pistol, all he seamed to be able to say other than grunting as I told him what we found, were we found it was that they were closed. Well under the 3 strike rule, I wont be buying my vehicle I am looking for from tham.
Scam artists! Horrible experience don't believe a word they say. Get every word of your transaction written in pen because this business will promise the best but deliver a junk car dressed up nice to leave u in debt and in the shop!
