Everyone we dealt with at Suburban Hyundai of Lansing was very knowledgeable and very personable. They worked very closely with us on a price we could afford. We absolutely love our Sonata (we now have two)! We have been going to Suburban Hyundai of Lansing for service on our other Hyundai cars since the day they opened and are extremely pleased and impressed with the wonderful and timely care they give us AND our vehicles! We wouldn't go anywhere else! We always spread the word to friends about how wonderful they are!

These guys were great for a buyer like me. I had done all my own research, so they didn't need to explain much - but they would have if I needed it. They didn't push me into anything - it was just here's the lowest price; take your test drive & buy. Fully loaded with the bells & whistles was $15k lower than GMC's equivalent. Rich has been doing this a long time and he got me in and out. They customized my warranty and I feel it should add value to the purchase. No-nonsense, great place.
Worst service. Tried them twice. First time they disconnected my emergency brake doing other maintenance and then charged me for it, claiming it had to be me who did it. Even though I noticed this issue within 1 mile of leaving their facility. And contacted them immediately. Same visit was due for an oil change. Brought my own oil per car specs, and advised them of it. They used it but still charged me for the oil and maintenance. Recently brought it in for a transmission issue and they said nothing was wrong. My car has died several times since this. I still have my warranty but seeing how they won't service the vehicle, don't see how I can use it. I love my car. But will NEVER buy Hyundai again because every dealership I've been to is full of crooks and swindlers.
