I found this place neat and clean. Employees are so friendly. I got my hair cut how I was accepted. .
I'm very disappointed with the work they have done on me the employees name Was Jessica she was absolutely so mean she started yelling at me when I asked if she knew how to do the style I showed her!! She purposely took so long to charge me and I heard them talk I could tell BC she was doing it slower then slow she basically spent 30 minutes and charged me 45 bucks instead of $30 dollars BC they told me I'm begining that its 1 dollar per minute! I'm never coming there or any of my family. U guys don't know how to do anything I had to go to a wedding I'm very disapointed.. It wasn't even close to what I wanted. Plz learn to respect your manners. I'm very disappointed with the behavior of hers! Hope she learns BC I'm sure ppl with stop going there very soon. It bad for business to have employees who can't make customers happy.
I go to BoRics all the time for my haircuts but this one is really slow just tried to get a haircut here on Sunday and waited over 40 minutes because they only had one person cutting hair that afternoon. I ended up leaving without getting my haircut because I didn't want to waste my whole afternoon here.
Went for a color and highlight was there for 4 hours a different girl did my hair then normal I only usually see one but she was not available after the four hours I did not like my hair she offered for us to redo it but at that point I was there for hours already and I had children to pick up called to see what I could do they gave me 7 days to come in even though they're closed Christmas Day and that they couldn't do it Sunday because they were full not enough employees they couldn't do it Tuesday either so that left me Wednesday which I went back to work from vacation so there was no way that I could do it then so I'm stuck with hair that I don't like and out $100 for it just beware of who you let you do your hair there
Probably the worst haircut experience I've ever had. The staff is so unfriendly they border on hostile. We had to sit and wait because our stylist decided she needed to stop the floor for 10 minutes while we stood there watching, dumbfounded that she had no interest in the fact that we were watching. Terrible costumer service. My son left his haircut and said the woman (think her name was Irena) we so mean he felt uncomfortable.
Would never recommend this place too anyone, especially since the are so many other options. The other one star reviews are right on, wish I would have looked at the reviews her first.
