So I bring my mom here every 5 to 6 weeks for a haircut. I called two days ago and set up an appointment for 6. The only appointment on their books for the whole week is my mom. We walk in at 6. The only stylist working is styling someone's hair. Another customer waiting. They take this other person before my mom. The stylist says my mom's appointment is 6:30. I walk over and look at the appointment book and no it is for 6:00. She continues to do this other person's hair. What the heck. So if I could give this location zero stars I would.
Asked for a trim and face frame. Had to go back and get it fixed just to find out the back of my hair needs fixed. Its soo choppy i cried. Worst hair cut ever.
