They have a great selection of products for curls too, and the staff has been friendly and helpful every time I've come in.
This lady kept hovering me and eventually she finally asked me if I was finding everything okay. Before I could even respond she turned her attention elsewhere and walked away as I said "yes thank you". Really? But the lady cashing me out was very nice just seemed a little new since she called the manager over for something that seemed simple. I still think Sephora is better at customer service but I do like Ulta. I don't think I'd come back though only because it's out of my way and the first experience wasn't memorable.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable about their products. That is what is most important to me. However, they should have a coffee bar there with all the time one could spend there. Maybe even possibly let you bring a packed lunch also...lol

I used to love the brow bar. Walking in was so convenient but after getting turned away multiple times due to no open times. I will not be back. I don't have the flexibility to make an appointment with my schedule and walking in was so easy. If I can not walk in I guess I will schedule it with my hair appointments because I already must take time off to get that done .
