This business clearly needs to provide their in-office dispatch staff and field personnel with additional training and make an effort to improve their online information (currently their website is down due to 'technical difficulties') #Fail

Burst pipe, mold, flood...
I am a HUGE fan-
When I contacted the owner by phone, he stated he only had people refuse service about every 8 years and had to "recover his costs." When I brought to his attention the fact that the Dispatcher had said NOTHING about a mandatory Service Fee, there was no information online about said fee and the price sheet reflected a different price he said: "We typically don't give estimates for the emergency work,' just the reconstruction... I'm not sure why we give out that price list, we typically just go by what the insurance agency tells us.'
They are my first call!
I think what I valued most though was that I didn't have to worry about all the details..the project manager worked with my insurance adjuster and coordinated the contractors so that I didn't have to.
Restored basement after water heater flooded basement. Quality of work was excellent as well as very good communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their work and quality.
When I asked for an estimate, they had to get on the phone with 'the boss.' They quoted me $1,000 to pull up the floor and do the drying. They did not seem to be able to do anything I couldn't do myself and because of their vague answers, I declined their service.
A week later I received a $300 bill for the 'Service Call.' Note: There was NO mention of a mandatory 'Service Call Fee' when I requested assistance. The people who showed up DID provide me a price list when I asked and an 'After Hours' 'Emergency Service Call' was show on the list for a $164.48 Fee.

Had a leak in the kitchen that flooded the kitchen floor in my 2nd Floor Condo in Lansing. Called approx. 4:30 PM and was told the crew was just coming back to the office and would be dispatched shortly.
And they kept their promise- workmanship was superior!
Sympathetic to my circumstances, they guided me through the restoration step by step, reassuring me that my home would be restored to it's original state.
Everything was done with care. As my home was being built, the workers cleared up the site before leaving each day. Their attention to detail not only focuses on the project, but the client needs as well. They are great at working with disaster victims regardless of the scale of your loss.
Two 'Service Techs' arrived a couple of hours later, despite the office being only 10 minutes from the condo. They took a quick humidity measurement and proceeded to tell me they needed to remove the entire laminate floor, dry things and then coordinate with a 3rd party to replace the floor.
