This deserves 0 stars! My mother received her wool area rugs back and they smell horrible are are still wet out of the package! She decided to see if she could pull water out of them with her rug doctor, and they water is black coming off them and they stink like a skunk so bad! She paid a lot of $ to have these cleaned and now are thinking of having them thrown out. Never will have them do anything again for us.
Staff was very courteous, worked very hard to successfully lift some nasty stains. Were respectful, informative, and even vacuumed areas I hadn't. My carpets look wonderful!
