Teach your cashiers to count back change. Don't just say you can't do it.
Clean. Nice changing rooms. Good specials, but regular prices are too high for kitchen utensils and toys. The cashier who helped me was not friendly, but other associates were.

We shop at Thrift Stores a lot and this is by far the cleanest, best organized thrift store I've ever seen. The prices are slightly more than most other thrift stores but the environment is worth the pennies and the cause is even more. I love knowing that the store supports our local Rescue Mission and isn't sent to a corporate office in a galaxy far, far away.
