They had their light on saying open and turned it off when I tried to go in. Who runs a store like this!!! I got my child out of the car only because their stupid light was saying they were open.
After falsely advertising they were open. We then waited for them to open up their doors. They turned on their open light saying they were open but the doors were still locked. Then they unlocked the doors and wouldn't let my two-year-old in and it was cold outside until messing with the doors when they could have let us in and out of the cold. Gloria and Julie do not care about customer service. Neither offered any help while looking for a specific card. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Hallmark. I don't know who the owner is but they might want to reconsider employees.

Wonderful store and great staff!! Why is the Corp. not buying it? It is closing in July or before when everything is gone. I love that store and am really concerned that it is being allowed to close!!!
