Awful store, should be closed. Store is dirty, no employees greeted or helped me, rude manager (Aaron). Took over 15 mins to check out with 1 person ahead of me. I had about $150 of merch, and put back all but my ammo because of the poor service, apathetic manager, and overall terrible experience. Steer clear.

They say they have the best price guaranteed and that is a lie! I went to buy a weight bench and tried to price match and the manager refused. It was the same item number and everything and they were selling theirs 50 dollars more than retail at any other store. I am so disappointed in the manager and will never go to this store again. I actually called corporate and talked to someone who said they should be able to price match and he still didn't allow it but wanted to give me 40 off the price which the price was already marked too high. So I went to sears they gave it to me less than 10 minutes and for the sale price. I am so happy I didn't buy into their bull crap. Saved me 80 dollars.

Spoke to a sales Rep about a center point crossbow that I went in to purchase. He told me that he was not aloud to unlock it and take it down so I could look it over. I asked him if he would buy something without handling it first and he said YES. Tried asking some additional questions and his response was "its a cheep crossbow and you will more than likely have problems and you will have to deal with the manufacturer for any issues."Turned my excitement in purchasing a new toy to a disappointing day! This boils down to poor training and poor attitude. Needless to say a ran out of the store very frustrated. I will pay a little more for service so I purchase at Cabela's for $274.99 instead of $249.99. well worth the extra $30.00.
