I went in to buy a bra...no one to ask questions of. I walk with a walker from an injury and walking up and down the aisles repeatedly became painful. I saw just a very few styles which we're not overly padded, but found none in my size. This is the 4th time in 3 years I have tried to purchase a bra. I give up...there are no light, simple, gently covering ( narrow area with open.close clip\o/ between cups) sold at Penney's. It will be my store to buy pants and tops only.
The portrait studio is awesome and Miss Rose is an awesome photographer. But trying to purchase a set of sheets right after the session and every kiosk was busy with Associates trying to track down prices of items that for some reason didn't have price tags on them. It took 20 minutes to check out.
This place has gone down hill. Trying to buy kids shoes for giving tree. I find two pair that fit the bill....neither has a price marked. I find the lady working in shoe section.....she has no idea what the price is. Tells me there is a price checker over by Disney section. After wondering around the store for 15 minutes I find the price checker hidden on the back side of a pillar with no sign..no marking...nothing to point out price checker location. After scanning .....both shoes say no price available.....back to the shoe section.....no one there to be found. So I left the shoes and off to the next store. One sale lost for terrible customer service
The associate was polite and very helpful. I found what I needed with ease. Your store has a lot of great merchandise. Thank You!
