Service is not good and would not buy from Sears again. Chad the manager and Mike were pleasant to work with. Would go somewhere else to make a large purchase.

Did not deliver on scheduled day. I had to pay a premium for weekend delivery and then they rescheduled it for a friday without contacting me. When I called they could only offer me reward points for their mistake.
I go pick out my items and every single one rang up at the original price. I had to go through one by one and show him the website to get the prices adjusted. I casually mention that it's a shame that they don't tie the site and the stores together, that if I had found out about the website pricing after I got home I would have been angry. The cashier insisted that it was impossible to tie the web and store pricing together. So I guess stores that do such a miraculous thing are using magic.
Phone operators of sears in general are awful
Sears gave us the wrong color couch... Chad the manager in furniture worked with us and made it right. He did everything in his power to make my wife and I happy. 5 stars because of him going above and beyond.
Sears - it's time to give it up. You're clearly not willing to invest in your business.
He did ask me to join the rewards club for my next visit. I had to reply that my next visit wasn't likely, I don't have time to research every item to avoid getting screwed.

I rarely shop at Sears, it's usually a pretty miserable experience. Today was no exception. I was looking for some specific items that only Sears carries, I was pleasantly surprised when the website had the half dozen items at 25-50% off.
