I bought a paint sample here and had almost no color added to it(it was just a base white color), well I didnt use the color and went back to get it changed to black and the manager was so rude and told us nothing can be done about it and to just buy new paint this was the 3rd time I went in and the same manager was rude every time I honestly don't think she should be working there since everyone I asked said they had no problem changing a paint color there . I will never buy anything from here again!!
I was there to get two different colors matched from previous paint. One went good then other clerk jumped in and mixed her customers paint before my clerk was finished. She then proceeded to read the instructions to her instead of mixing my paint. I waited six minutes just to get waited on in the first place.
I like the customer service that they provide. The employee are really friendly and helpful. I just nearby my home and convenient to buy products from them.
