By the way. Once you loose a customer it's 10 times harder to get that customers back to your store.

Home Depot should take some attention on how their competitors welcome customers
Friendly and helpful people ready to help. And on 12/4/17 store under staffed and when I finally found an associate and had him call for some one in the department I wanted service.........was told I had to go to desk and pay for it first. ..then at that desk waited in line as customers waiting behind me were waited on. While being invisible to people behind desk. I called your competitor
Made my order with them. They called back and confirmed my order and that it was waiting to be picked up. 15 minutes later I was loaded and 5minites to my project

It's better than many other Home Depot's that I have visited. Impossible to find products. Quick and easy access to the building. Staff is clueless.

I went in with a list of electrical components for some work I'm having done on my house ... a long list full of items I am not very familiar with. Store employee Phoenix came to my rescue and helped me locate every item, even explaining the comparisons between different versions of many of them, helping me make informed decisions. She was so very helpful that I will make it a point of seeking her out on my next visit!
Within 5 minutes..now that is a store that wants me to return (that's in 3 days from this disrespect)...ie. About $3000 in orders...
I believe from one Home Depot to the next it's relatively the same. The layout of items is different but the experience never really changes. Staff usually says "hi" or "may I help you?" Which is good.
