What a complete mess. Paid extra for a stove kit and delivery. Sales person assured me the delivery would be able to install oven and haul away. They did neither. First they put a 24 ' scratch in hardwood floor when they grabbed the old stove and pulled it out. Have they never moved a stove before. Then they said they had no tools to connect the oven. Went and got them the tools then they said they cannot connect the oven because it's propane. I signed for stove and they took the old one away for me...to the garage. I found out after they left. Never again. Called to complain and they said a delivery person would be back in a couple days to get the stove.
I wish I knew about this place sooner!! My wife and I purchased a refrigerator from these guys last week. Worked with Luke and Tammy. What great people. Not sharky, very helpful and knowledgeable. The fridge was perfect. Some scuffs on the side but can't see it in my house anyways!! Got such a good deal. Pretty insane how cheap it was. Going back for everything appliances!
My parents bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from this Sears outlet in October 2016 with a three year warranty. On October 27th completely stop working. They called Sears right away and were told they had to wait 2 weeks to get the Sears repairman out Which was to 8th of November. He showed up and said they shut it off on the front screen. He reset the Refrigerator and said that should take care of it and left it did not they called 3 to 4 days in a row with no help and no reason why it still wasn't working. Today is the 14th still no new fridge delivered no technician has been there. Only that they are going to send this repairman back out after a month of the Whirlpool refrigerator bought at this Sears outlet. How is this possible in this day in age with review's Google and the internet that you can leave older people stranded with a broke refrigerator this long.
