If there was a minus rating it would get it. We moved here and had to switch to this JB. Worst mistake ever. I would rather drive to Ft Wayne, IN where I got the ring then deal with the gentlemen there. He is rude and has no concern for your jewelry. Because of him they have lost our business. We have been with Ft Wayne for 7 yrs and to find that we have to go to him (manager at Lansing Mall JB Robinson) makes me sick.

I took 4 rings in to be sized and paid 60 each. All 4 rings came back wrong and we were told wed have to pay again to have them corrected!? They said the guy who sized them was new and never did it before. Waste of my time and money and still need to get the rings resized. These ring were gifts form my grandfather after he passed thats why we went to a "credible" place to get this done. horrible customer service!
Terrible experience, fraudsters. I went to the mall to buy a few things. The big girl working asked me if i wanted to help her out. I'm a reasonable person so i said yea sure why not. She asked if I'd sign up for a mall offer. I didn't have any objections.
WOW. I just called the Lansing Mall location to ask about sending my ring in to get it soldered and re-dipped. The man on the phone interrupted me before I even finished speaking, said "2 weeks", I thanked him and he hung up on me. Won't be purchasing anything from them, every again! Worst customer service. No wonder there is NEVER any customers in their store.
Long story short she took my drivers licence and SHE RAN MY CREDIT without my consent. I get a letter in the mail that I've been rejected because the wrong Social Security Number had been entered, I checked my credit score and she ran a HARD PULL ON IT!!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!
