After months of loyal service, I was denied delivery because I was "out of range." I've been serviced delivery from this location several times, until I was denied. Horrible customer service.
Dont get delivery. They delivered and I handed the driver a 20 and she said she only had 3 dollars. My 11 dollar meal turned into a 20 dollar meal. Very dissatisfied
Honestly this place is pretty bomb I would give it a 4 star rating but i usually get delivery. Normally when i get delivery i like to order a drink, pretty much always order a rootbeer with no ice. Over the past year i have noticed that they always forget to bring a straw to my house. On other occassions they would bring the straw but only when we got 2 drinks in an order. I guess im just wondering conrads, do you have to ask for a straw? Or are they extra?
