I recently called the down location expressing my concern over a recent purchase that went south. The manager Jason was more than glad to assist me and assured me he would handle the situation, I was told that I would receive a call back within the hour. not even 10 mins later I received a call and my problem was resolved, I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 5yrs and my interaction today explains why I'll be one for many more years to come thanks to Jason of the Downtown location & Jeff of the Holt store.!!!
So I'm down here for Be a Tourist in your own town and my daughter and I are waiting to order....and waiting and waiting. No one said I will be right with you or anything. It wasn't super busy. So we left. I work downtown and my job orders from here often. I won't be coming back.
Could not have been happier with my experience. I placed a large order for a work party a day ahead online for delivery. My order arrive exactly on time, the food was fantastic, and the delivery guy was super friendly. All instructions I wrote in my online order were followed perfectly. I would definitely order from them again in the future.

Good downtown stop for pizza either by the slice, eat-in or carryout. It's decent pizza that is generally fairly priced for what you get. They have boneless wings that I get once in awhile, and I also like their Greek salads. Friendly staff and quick service. Good space inside for multiple people.
