I've ordered from them a handful of times for delivery via online. Aside from annoying long waits, the food is usually good. Tonight they messed up the order and after waiting an hour and a half to get it the initial order I called to see what could be done. The manager said she'd make another pizza and send it out, two hours later I am still pizzaless. Next time just credit me to my account for free pizza instead of telling me you'll send a new one and not send it.
Extremely disappointing service, and the app is useless. Our pizza was burned, too. We will not return.
We usually only order subs. The were hot and ready when expected.
