Extremely rude customer service do yourself a favor and don’t go here. I believe they’re racist and a complete rip off!
Best sandwiches in town! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick bite. They serve fantastic pizza and sides in addition to the delicious sandwiches.
Stopped by the first time because sign in window showing they sold pizza by the slice. Got a garden salad and a slice of pizza. Pizza is very low quality, not good at all, and salad was tolerable. Gave it another shot a couple months later but went for sandwiches thinking it would be better. That was a mistake too, I'll never go here again.
5 star on the pizza but 1 star on the staff. I don't know about the sandwiches as mentioned in other reviews but could agree by sight that they look like gas station sandwiches. My rant and reason for this review is due to the staff. Ive never been to a place that has consistently had that many angry, rude, and inpatient people working. Yelling at each other, barking at customers, throwing things etc. Ive been a fan of West Side Deli pizza for decades and do love their pizza, but come on BE NICE TO PEOPLE and each other. Ive been in a few times like tonight and they are mad at me because I show up at 7:40 and they say they are closing in 20 minutes. Their Google listing says they close at 8:30 but the guy said it was 8. Try to tell me that Google must have put the wrong hours, really? I try to explain to him that the business creates the listing, not Google but he wasn't getting it. Im the only person in the building eating and the guy walks in front of me and shuts the tv off as Im watching it. Guess that was supposed to make me leave quicker. Stuff like that is why you guys aren't doing another 5K-10k a month in sales. Looking forward to the businesses reply showing me that they do care about someone who has supported them for 30 plus years and goes there at least twice a week. #FingersCrossed
