It was a great experience like none I have seen.
Chris was our waiter. Amazing attitude. Our family ate there on Christmas Eve and stayed past closing time (I've worked in restaurants and I know this sucks, sorry). But he was chatting with us like we were friends. We didn't feel rushed. Everyone that was working smiled at us and wished us happy holidays.
My wife was given a rose and a birthday card signed by some of the wait staff at the restaurant. Plus dessert of course.
Absolutely amazing tasting food. I would have gave a better review if I could of had the prime rib that I wanted. The manager came and told she would not recommend it because it was dry and had people send it back that day. So I ordered a 12 ounce rib eye which was mouth watering. The sides and desert were yummy. The waitress was awesome and very attentive. I like this place better than Logan's Texas Roadhouse and Outback. A little pricey but worth it for the quality of food. I was not happy about not getting the prime rib but at least they were honest and didn't waste my time by it not being good enough and me having to send it back. I will be back to try the prime rib and if it is as good as the steak I ate I will be a happy camper.
The maple squash is amazing. But the biggest shock is that I enjoyed the steak my family shared with me. I have always hated steak. Now I can't say that anymore. Really made perfectly...
My wife, parents and I went to Longhorn to celebrate my wife's birthday. We told the waiter and we were surprised by what followed.
Great place, fantastic food. Probably the best prime rib I've had in years. Good selection on the menu and the desserts are fantastic. Will be back, definitely.
The food is pretty good at its price point. No wait time. Chill atmosphere and quiet. The lighting is well done and the booths have high backs, that create an atmosphere of privacy. Only cons here is the waiter forgot my beer. The complimentary bread is delicious.
That was exceptional customer service and they really went above and beyond. Well done.
